By accessing and using RegionExperts ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About the Platform

RegionExperts is a service marketplace platform developed and operated by Techlyns. We connect customers with verified, skilled service professionals in their area.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Services

RegionExperts facilitates connections between customers and service providers. We are not directly responsible for the quality of work performed by individual providers, though we strive to maintain high standards through verification and rating systems.

5. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to provider availability and acceptance.
An advance payment (25%) is required at the time of booking to confirm the service.
Final payment is due upon completion of the service.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Advance payments may be refunded based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

7. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, harass service providers, provide false information, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology on this platform are the property of Techlyns and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

RegionExperts and Techlyns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services booked through it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
