Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

A 25% advance payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your service request. This amount is applied toward the total service cost.

2. Cancellation by Customer

3. Cancellation by Provider

If a service provider cancels or fails to show up, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment. We will also help reschedule the service with another provider at no extra cost.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the service quality, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will review the issue and may offer:

  • A redo of the service at no additional cost.
  • A partial or full refund based on the severity of the issue.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a notification once the refund is processed.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services that have been fully completed and accepted.
  • Cancellations made after the service has already started.
  • No-shows by the customer without prior notice.
